Sarasota, FL $17.00 u2013 $19.50 per hour Mondayu2013Friday 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM Adecco US is hiring a detail-oriented Irrigation Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and customer order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities + Accurately review, organize, and process irrigation sales orders + Pull customer pickup orders promptly and assist with vehicle loading as needed + Identify and apply correct shipping methods to ensure timely order processing + Pack and ship freight and LTL orders; communicate with warehouse and transportation teams + Receive and process irrigation product deliveries via small parcel, LTL, and company trucks + Process customer returns and collaborate with irrigation and customer service teams to manage RGAs accurately and on time + Manage irrigation vendor claims, including paperwork and return shipments + Perform monthly inventory cycle counts and support discrepancy reviews + Maintain accurate bin locations, inventory control, and open-location management + Track and organize parts without assigned bin locations + Maintain organized RGA and defective inventory shelves; scrap inventory as directed + Monitor inventory levels and assist with overstock management + Support end-of-year inventory for the irrigation sales department + Communicate effectively via email and phone with internal teams + Assist with pulling, packing, and shipping for other warehouse departments as needed Qualifications + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent + Minimum 5 years of warehouse receiving experience + Previous inventory management experience + Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment + Forklift certification required + Computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint + Experience with Prelude or other inventory management systems + UPS WorldShip shipping experience + Spanish-speaking ability is a plus Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
