MuleSoft Tech Lead Location: Remote, SFO hybrid highly preferred Please note that this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future. We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Lead to lead the design, development, and governance of enterpriseu2011scale integration solutions. This role is responsible for driving APIu2011led connectivity, establishing reusable integration frameworks, and ensuring secure, scalable, and highu2011performing integrations across cloud and enterprise platforms. Roles and Responsibilities + Lead the design and implementation of APIu2011led connectivity using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. + Define and enforce reusable integration patterns and API specifications using RAML and OpenAPI standards. + Build, deploy, and manage APIs and microservices using MuleSoft (Mule 4.x, DataWeave). + Integrate cloud platforms and enterprise systems including Azure, AWS, Salesforce, SAP, and thirdu2011party applications. + Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes. + Establish and manage API governance, lifecycle management, analytics, and monitoring standards. + Implement and maintain security protocols including OAuth2, JWT, SAML, and SSL/TLS. + Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve performance, scalability, and maintainability while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and DevOps teams. What You Need to Have to Be Considered + Strong expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including integration development, APIu2011led connectivity, and application network design. + Handsu2011on experience with MuleSoft platform administration, performance tuning, and security best practices. + Proven ability to design and architect scalable integration solutions using modern design patterns and architectural principles. + Deep understanding of integration needs within industrial manufacturing or similarly complex enterprise environments. + Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution structuring, and estimation/resource planning for integration initiatives. + Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team leadership, crossu2011functional collaboration, and driving execution excellence. + Excellent communication and stakeholderu2011management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. + MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect and MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect. Applications will be accepted until Apr 30, 2026 Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $80,000p.a - $135,000p.a depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
