We want your knowledge and expertise Job Summary and Qualifications Directs activities of the Guest Services Department, including the Guest Services Supervisor, the RN Engagement Navigator, and ED Ambassadors. Manages and performs as a patient advocate to coordinate the resolution of patient care issues and concerns within the Central Region of Mission Health as well as the Emergency Department; ensuring the clinical experiences are reviewed thoroughly and properly documented through resolution. Serves as a key stakeholder and liaison in the grievance resolution process. Collaborates with all disciplines and leadership to improve tangible outcomes in patient experience and engagement through strategic planning, implementing educational initiatives, and continuous performance monitoring through post visit phone calls, leader rounding and RL Solutions. Demonstrates excellent communication and relational skills, as well exhibit a positive and professional image of Mission Health System, in both words and actions. What qualifications you will need: Required Education: Bachelor's degree Preferred Education: Masteru2019s Degree in nursing, or related field. Required Experience: 5 years of leadership experience in guest services, chaplain services, or volunteer management, preferably in a healthcare environment. Proven ability in planning and development of services related experience. Demonstrated strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience: 5 years of experience in complaint resolution and de-escalation training. Hospitality or guest services experience preferred with knowledge of guest services software, experience with chaplain services, experience with volunteer management and coordination. Ability or work with spreadsheets and databases.
