Overview We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch temporary janitorial team members to various locations. Pay: $20.00/hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Military Occupational Specialty Code: 88N, 92A, LS, YN, 0411, 3531, 2T1X1, 2T2X1 Responsibilities u2022 Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. u2022 Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews, and teams to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephones and email. u2022 Ensure timely and efficient movement of team members according to work orders and/or resource schedules. u2022 Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s). u2022 Record and maintain files and records of dispatch information including temporary employee time and schedules. u2022 Confer with ABM supervisors and team members to address questions, problems, and requests for temporary coverage. u2022 Compile statistics and reports on work progress. u2022 Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications: u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older. u2022 No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Bilingual in English and Spanish. u2022 One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience. u2022 Prior experience scheduling and dispatching 50+ employees.
