Description We are looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm client's team in Gilbert, Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse personal injury litigation cases, providing vital support throughout all phases of the legal process. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and development. u2022 Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. u2022 Manage case calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met and court dates are scheduled appropriately. u2022 Handle the e-filing process for court submissions and ensure compliance with filing requirements. u2022 Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating logistics. u2022 Review, analyze, and respond to discovery requests and responses. u2022 Maintain and update case management software, tracking case progress and maintaining accurate records. u2022 File and organize court documents, ensuring all filings are completed correctly and on time. u2022 Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and provide administrative support as needed. u2022 Utilize tools like Adobe Acrobat to format and edit legal documents effectively. Requirements u2022 Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, particularly in personal injury cases. u2022 Proficiency with case management software and e-filing systems. u2022 Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and filing requirements. u2022 Expertise in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery. u2022 Familiarity with trial preparation processes and procedures. u2022 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. u2022 Proficient in legal research using various tools and resources. u2022 Experience with Adobe Acrobat for document formatting and editing.
