Raytheon is seeking a strong candidate to join the Engineered Items acquisition team as the Lead Manager & Sourcing professional. This position will manage a team of highly complexed commodity procurements responsible for all material under the program portfolio. The procurement professional will operate as the focal point interface to handle communications between Raytheon Programs and suppliers. This role can be filled in a variety of Raytheon hub locations and is Hybrid. What You Will Do: u00b7 Lead Supplier interaction and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams to manage a variety of procurements including but not limited to build-to-print, performance specifications, Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs), with medium/high complexity. u00b7 Select qualified suppliers and seek alternate suppliers (when applicable). u00b7 Develop and Manage a team of acquisition professionals the most challenging and new RFI and RFQs. u00b7 Prepare POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives, prime contract flow downs and company work instructions. Post-award management of POs to be handled in accordance with company directives and work instructions. u00b7 Manage Suppliers to meet Program requirements with the desired quality and delivery. u00b7 Prepare and execute various types of agreements, such as: PIAs, Long Term Agreements, Bailment, etc. u00b7 Travel approx. 25%. u00b7 The position is a Hybrid position and may require access to local Raytheon facilities. Qualifications You Must Have: u00b7 Typically requires a Bacheloru2019s and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 yearsu2019 experience. u00b7 Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export requirements
