Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Londonderry, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and year-end processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers. u2022 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. u2022 Perform monthly and year-end reconciliations for bank accounts and other financial records. u2022 Utilize Sage software to process and monitor financial data. u2022 Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and compliance. u2022 Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy. u2022 Maintain organized and detailed records to streamline audits and reviews. u2022 Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies. u2022 Assist in implementing improvements to bookkeeping processes for greater efficiency. u2022 Support the preparation of tax filings and regulatory documentation as needed. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping. u2022 Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Strong skills in bank reconciliations and year-end financial procedures. u2022 Experience working with Sage sotware. u2022 Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records. u2022 Excellent organizational and time management abilities. u2022 Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports. u2022 Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
