Description We are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to join our clients team in Sunapee, New Hampshire. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee various aspects of daily operations and ensure the successful execution of projects from initial planning through completion. This position requires someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to travel extensively. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all phases are managed effectively. u2022 Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure quality standards are met. u2022 Provide exceptional post-sale customer service, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. u2022 Travel extensively to customer locations to support field sales and project implementations. u2022 Manage time efficiently to balance multiple priorities, including planning, communication, and leadership tasks. u2022 Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment systems. u2022 Assist with processing equipment orders, installations, and seasonal maintenance needs. u2022 Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for US-based equipment systems. u2022 Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency and provide input for continuous improvement. u2022 Ensure all duties align with company standards and may occasionally take on additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in project management or a similar role, with strong organizational skills. u2022 Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members. u2022 Ability to travel extensively for work-related tasks. u2022 Sound mechanical knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting equipment systems. u2022 Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Office software. u2022 Self-motivated and confident individual with strong interpersonal skills. u2022 Demonstrated interest in management and leadership. u2022 Passion for the outdoors and enthusiasm for working with related products.
