In this Sr. Accountant role, you will be responsible for managing critical accounting functions such as reconciliations and journal entries and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Sr, Accountant Responsibilities: u2022 Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. u2022 Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain compliance with accounting standards. u2022 Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently. u2022 Manage general ledger activities, including preparing and reviewing journal entries. u2022 Lead month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. u2022 Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to streamline accounting processes and reporting. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and ensure compliance with regulations. u2022 Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance accounting operations. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in account reconciliation and balance sheet management. u2022 Strong expertise in bank reconciliations and general ledger activities. u2022 Proficiency in preparing journal entries and managing month-end close processes. u2022 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel u2022 Understanding of cash flow analysis and financial statement preparation. u2022 Knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements. u2022 Excellent organizational and time management abilities. u2022 Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
