We are looking for a program manager with experience in agile software development to join our team. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining software to provide aircraft mission planning core capabilities shared across multiple military aircraft types (e.g., fighters, bombers, transport).Duties & Responsibilities:Work scope may include the following duties:u2022 Oversee all contractual responsibilities and delivery of all contract deliverables.u2022 Manage overall contract performance to include providing subcontract management, monitoring, invoicing, coordinating contract change proposals; and understanding the needs and customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.u2022 Ensure an efficient, effective, and economical level of contract support is provided to the program office.u2022 Serve as the Government customer's point of contact.u2022 Provide technical supervision and guidance for all personnel assigned to the contract.u2022 Help develop efficiency improvements and best business practices to the program office.u2022 Develop and manage risk and opportunitiesu2022 Develop and manage on-contract growth targetsu2022 Develop and manage program master scheduleu2022 Provide oversight of staff and support activities.u2022 Manage contract financials.u2022 u00b7Manage all internal contract reporting.This list is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities.
