CNC Machinist - Mon-Fri (2nd shift 2:00pm-11:00pm Job Description: We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC mills and HAAS machines, optimizing CNC programs, and performing in-process inspections. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and experience with CAM software, particularly MasterCAM. Essential Skills: + Prior machine shop experience. + Working understanding of GD&T. + Experience with CAM software, preferably MasterCAM. + Proficiency in using micrometers, gauges, calipers, and dial indicators. + Basic G-Code knowledge. + Ability to perform quality checks and inspections. + CMM programming and operation experience. + 5-axis mill programming and setup. + Experience with Haas machines. + Experience in lights-out manufacturing. Responsibilities: + Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. + Set up and operate CNC mills and other machines. + Optimize CNC programs for low cycle times and good tool life. + Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, gauges, calipers, and dial indicators. + Work with 3-5 Axis machines. + Engage in manual machine operations and load machines efficiently.
