We are growing rapidly and weu2019re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us WHAT WEu2019RE LOOKING FOR The Manager of Brand & Communications will lead the brand, product, communications, and content strategy for AVESTAN. With a focus on protecting AVESTANu2019s unique values and positioning. This incumbent will create talkability for the brand without disrupting its natural magnetism. Reporting to AVESTANu2019s Brand Director, the Brand & Communications Manager will work closely with AVESTANu2019s retail and creative teams, while also building strong cross-functional working relationships with the wider DECIEM group. This role requires some global travel to AVESTAN locations around the world. This is a hybrid (3 days on-site) role based out of our NYC office. PAY RANGE The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. WHAT YOUu2019D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE + Develop an ownable tone of voice for the brand, and ensure consistency across all AVESTAN touchpoints + Take responsibility for the delivery of quality brand materials, guidelines, and assets + Develop and execute a global communications strategy for AVESTAN that aligns with the brandu2019s founding values + Oversee external communications agencies as needed + Work collaboratively with AVESTANu2019s Head of Brand Experience and Creative team, while building strong relationships with the wider DECIEM team and business affiliates + Secure high-quality storytelling for AVESTAN, and maintain strong media and tastemaker relationships + Lead the social media presence for AVESTAN, closely follow community engagement, build relationships, and drive conversation + Partner with cross-functional teams including Scientific, Digital, Retail, Supply Chain and Finance to execute tactics that will continue to grow brand equity and identify key areas of opportunity for DECIEM globally + Work with the Commercial team and support the creation of sell-in material, pitch decks, and beyond. Partner closely in planning and distribution discussions. + Act as key point of contact and ensure the business and key stakeholders are updated on projects, soliciting feedback and engagement when needed SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE + 4+ years experience in Brand Management, Communications or Marketing + A history of creating & executing go-to-market and communications strategies with a tight focus on earned media + Experience working across a conceptual brand or project + Proven brand message crafting experience + A history of building and executing highly engaging owned content strategies + A close pulse on the ever evolving global social media landscape + Strong media contacts and a good understanding of the creator and tastemaker space WHAT YOUu2019LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM Thereu2019s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
