About the Role As Consumer Paid Marketing Manager, you will own the channel strategy for Paid Search across our core marketplace, managing some of the largest budgets in the industry. You will set the strategic vision for customer acquisition and reactivation across Google, Apple, Bing, and emerging AI-driven search platforms. In this role, you will balance executive visibility with hands-on execution, measuring for incrementality and optimizing our investments to drive maximum efficiency. You will also directly manage and develop a team of 2-3 direct reports. You will report into the Senior Manager, Head of Paid Search, on our growth marketing team within our marketing organization.
