Position Summary The Rooftop Shack by City Winery isexcited to launch a new concession stand concept featuring to go wine, icecream and a variety of unique, elevated treats. Weu2019re seeking enthusiastic,guest-focused Concession Stand Attendants to help bring this experience tolife. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service, preparing andserving food and beverage items, and maintaining a clean and organizedconcession area. Overview of Responsibilities u25cf Greet guests warmly andprovide knowledgeable information about menu offerings, including wine icecream and specialty items u25cf Operate POS systemefficiently and accurately; handle cash and card transactions u25cf Prepare and serve items inaccordance with portion and quality standards u25cf Maintain cleanliness andsanitation standards for food prep and service areas u25cf Restock inventory andsupplies throughout the shift u25cf Follow all health, safety,and alcohol service regulations u25cf Support the team in opening,closing, and cleaning duties u25cfProvidea warm and welcoming guest experience consistent with City Winery standards Minimum Qualifications u25cfPrevious experience in concessions, quick service, orhospitality preferred u25cfStrong communication and guest service skills u25cfAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment u25cfMust be 18+; 21+ preferred for alcohol handling u25cfFood Handlers Certificate and/or Alcohol Server Certificationa plus u25cfAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays asneeded About Us Wine, food, andlive entertainment collide at City Winery to create a dynamic and incrediblyunique workplace.
