Summary: Responsible for all aspects of Occupational Therapy service delivery including evaluation, intervention planning, implementation, and reviewing outcome evaluation. Actively involved in educational opportunities. Manages daily clinical operations in collaboration with director and manager. Demonstrates clinical excellence in area of responsibility. Acts as a leader in department activities including program development, staff training and advocacy in and outside of Rush. The supervisor is an active participant in the interdisciplinary team.
