Responsibilities: u2022 Source and secure materials and parts required for operations, ensuring timely delivery. u2022 Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to achieve favorable terms. u2022 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment efforts to prevent shortages. u2022 Address and resolve issues related to receiving parts and discrepancies in shipments. u2022 Track product orders to ensure accuracy and follow-through from initiation to delivery. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs based on operational requirements. u2022 Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to optimize cost-effectiveness. u2022 Maintain detailed records of purchasing activities, contracts, and vendor performance. u2022 Analyze market trends and supplier performance to support strategic procurement decisions.
