This position reports to the Client Servicesand Animal Care department and works onsite at the Milwaukee Campus. Therole partners with the Client Services and Animal Care departmentmanagers to provide day-to-day support and guidance to the ClientServices team. Assist in implementing, monitoring, andmaintaining organizationally defined standards of animal care and clientservices. Monitor and adjust daily schedules as needed and communicateschedule changes to the team. Monitor staff and volunteer workflow,complete daily tasks, and provide flexible coverage as needed. Ensurethe building is accessible and secured according to posted hours ofoperation. Partner with staff, clients, and volunteers to problem solveand triage challenging or emergent situations. Provide staff, clients,and volunteers with feedback and elevate additional follow-up todepartment managers. Support onboarding, training, and skill developmentfor staff and volunteers. Assist Client Services and Animal Caremanagers with staff training and meetings. Complete all Client ServicesRepresentative job accountabilities in addition to responsibilitieslisted above. Must be able to routinelylift and carry up to 50 pounds.
