This role is part of the After Sales and Service team and is responsible for providing remote PLC and electrical systems support to maintain system availability and performance. This position requires an engineer who is comfortable responding to technical support calls in a fast paced environment and capable of troubleshooting complex controls and electrical issues remotely. The role involves supporting systems used in warehouse and airport environments where conveyor technology and automation systems are similar in operation but may differ in hardware and configuration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers around the clock as part of a 24 hour, 7 day support structure. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required to assist with system troubleshooting, commissioning, or service activities.
