Production Coordinator (Contract)Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) - Burbank, CA Hudson Yards, NYDuration: 2-Month Contract OverviewWe're seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support a fast-paced Production & Development team within a leading media and entertainment organization.This role will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, including the Head of Content and Production/Development executives, ensuring seamless coordination across projects, teams, and external partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities while keeping productions running smoothly. What You'll Do Executive & Administrative Support Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior executives Coordinate meetings, Zoom calls, and internal/external communications Arrange travel and process expense reports Support special projects and ad hoc requests Production Coordination Track and manage production materials including cuts, outlines, scripts, casting grids, and episode descriptions Prepare materials for internal meetings (presentations, clips, grids, decks) Assist in running and editing clips for meetings Review production deliverables to ensure alignment with internal standards and notes Cross-Functional Communication Act as a liaison between production, internal departments, and external production companies Communicate timelines, guidelines, and deliverables to partners Ensure internal teams (Press, Programming, Marketing, Social, Legal, etc.) have accurate and up-to-date production information Maintain ongoing communication with production companies to track schedules, assets, and deliverables Operational Support Organize and distribute production documentation (technical specs, guidelines, credits, etc.) Ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest materials and updates Support overall production workflow to keep projects on track What You Bring Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a Production Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and prioritization skills Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic video editing or clip-cutting experience Familiarity with Zoom and virtual meeting tools Soft Skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work across diverse teams and personalities Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to shifting priorities Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented Nice to Have Experience in a media, entertainment, or production environment Exposure to development or content production workflows Bachelor's degree preferredIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
