Job Description

Job Title: Architect Job Description The role involves supporting a significant project at the Hard Rock Casino at Citifield. The team is working towards completing 80% of the construction document sets within two months. The casino features 1,000 hotel rooms, 5,000 parking spaces across two garages, a theater, and 17 restaurants/bars. Responsibilities + Collaborate closely with the project team to advance construction document sets from 50% to 80% completion. + Ensure design development and construction administration are executed with precision. + Utilize Revit for architectural design and documentation. + Engage in new construction projects, particularly ground-up high-rise buildings across mixed-use, multi-family, commercial, and hospitality sectors. + Apply NYC-specific architectural experience to meet project requirements. Essential Skills + Bacheloru2019s degree in architecture. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture. + Proficiency in Revit. + Experience with new construction, ground-up high-rise buildings. + Expertise in design development and construction administration. + Familiarity with NYC architectural standards and practices. Work Environment The position is based in midtown Manhattan requiring in-office work five days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with very little overtime. The dress code is business casual. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
