We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for Amazon Flex WW Learning team to lead our global learning strategy and execution to drive measurable impact for the business. In this role, you will own the learning roadmap, partnering cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and regional teams to deliver the most relevant, timely, and engaging learning experiences that improve delivery partner safety, quality, performance, and confidence. You'll shape how Amazon Flex delivery partners onboard, grow, and succeed at a global scale. Key responsibilities: - Own and drive the WW learning strategy and 12-month roadmap, leading quarterly business reviews with cross-organizational leadership - Define, track, and report key business metrics to surface high-value actions and inform investment strategy - Lead cross-functional and cross-regional mechanisms to consolidate insights and prioritize learning initiatives - Partner with product, tech, learning design, marketing, operations, and other teams to deliver lifecycle-based, cross-channel learning experiences - Leverage engagement with learning program as a foundational input to drive desired business outcomes - Leverage GenAI within program management processes to enhance scalability and sustainability The ideal candidate has a track record of success in program and stakeholder management, is a strong writer and communicator, and is resourceful. You are a u2018hands-onu2019 person with high level of autonomy and you are not afraid to drive results from the front.
