All our merchandisers are on an as needed basis. Please understand this, I'd hate to waste your time. Most of our work is considered project work, consisting mostly of jobs that take 1 hour to complete. The exception is when we have resets or other jobs that require more time in the store which we currently have available. Merchandisers who work for SRS (Strategic Retail Solutions) are the heart and soul of our company. Our Merchandisers are well-rounded and have experience in all phases of merchandising, to include but not limited to, audits, building racks and displays, resets (both shelf and pegboard work) pull & plugs, POP/POS placement & planogram implementation and maintenance. They use their friendly, outgoing personalities to build strong store relationships while meeting the needs of our clients. PAYRATES -$17.00-$19.00. PAYRATE VARIES BY CLIENT, NOT EXPERIENCE Who We're Looking For: u2022 A self-starter and quick learner who can work independently u2022 A person who has a strong work ethic u2022 Someone who is tech savvy with experience in taking photos, completing surveys and uploading to a platform u2022 Someone with excellent organizational skills u2022 Someone who is a strong & effective communicator with problem solving skills u2022 Someone with a flexible schedule u2022 A person who understands the importance of meeting the client's directives before the deadline Qualifications: u2022 Must have an Android -or- iPhone, internet access and know how to access Google from your phone u2022 Professional appearance and demeanor u2022 Planograms: 1 year- You must understand how to read and implement planograms. u2022 Merchandising: 1 year u2022 Resets: 1 year u2022 Speak and read English u2022 Must have access to a printer when needed u2022 Must have reliable transportation u2022 Valid, NON- expired Driver's License required u2022 Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles) Physical Demands: u2022 Bending, crouching, kneeling, twisting, repetitive hand movements, extending arms upward and downward, walking and in some circumstances standing for long periods of time u2022 Lifting and/or transporting boxes up to 20 lbs. Like some other merchandising companies, we may not always have work readily available in your immediate area.
