This role is ideal for a seasoned barista leader with handsu2011on experience operating manual espresso machines, a passion for specialty coffee, and the ability to train and inspire a highu2011performing team in a polished corporate setting. The Barista & Pantry Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations from open to close, maintaining cost and quality standards, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience while exceeding sanitation and safety expectations.
