Description of Job Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) is a full-service, end-to-end document management operation. IDS advises, assists, and supports each agencyu2019s needs, providing a wide variety of cost-efficient document solutions at a professional level. Our service solutions range from business cards, graphic design, scanning and data conversion to print, mail, fulfillment and warehousing. IDS partners with each agency to offer services tailored to each programu2019s needs and budget. Since IDS provides so many business services/solutions in-house, it is relatively simple to integrate these services into a seamless operation for agencies, resulting in more efficient processes and lower costs. IDS is also the Colorado State Printer and Branding Office. Print & Mail Inventory Coordinator: The purpose of this position is to manage inventory for print and mail operations within Integrated Document Solutions (IDS). This includes maintaining print material inventory and mail supply inventory, fulfilling material requests, and staging materials to support production. This position also supports shipping and receiving functions, monitors inventory systems used in the production environment, and performs administrative and reporting responsibilities. This position operates within a Federal Tax Information (FTI) compliant environment and is required to follow all applicable security protocols and confidentiality standards. A summary of the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Inventory Control Program + Maintain accurate electronic inventory for the print and mail operations + Stock paper, envelopes, and related materials + Operates a forklift, pallet jacks, dollies, and automatic pallet shrink wrap machine + Maintain inventory levels by stocking materials and accurately recording inventory transactions in an automated system Shipping and Receiving + Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality + Coordinate outgoing shipments and external print deliveries + Cleans and maintains the interior and exterior of material handling areas Electronic Application for Production Environment + Use the inventory control system developed for the print and mail production area + Monitors production deductions and quarterly inventory write-offs Reports to submit + Submits daily deductions reports + Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate inventory records + Utilizes reports to identify and escalate discrepancies to the supervisor Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights A Human Resources Analyst will only review the work experience/job duties sections of the online job application to determine whether you meet the minimum qualifications for the position for which you are applying.
