You'll operatewithin a high-impact, matrixed environment, partnering with seniorcross-functional leaders to develop long-terms strategies, optimizecost, ensure supply continuity and drive supplier innovation andsustainability.ResponsibilitiesCategory Leadership & Strategy Development Design the end-to-end strategic roadmap for Dairy raw materialsourcing in North America aligned to PepsiCos nutrition, innovation andsupply chain strategies. Define multi-year category strategies that integrate costtransformation, value engineering, risk management and competitiveadvantage creation. Serve as the enterprise thought leader on Dairy raw materials markettrends, dairy technologies and value chain dynamics.Value Creation & Cost Optimization Lead category performance management across cost, innovation, qualityand sustainability spaces. Utilize deep market intelligence, commodity insights and commerciallevers to deliver total cost of ownership (TCO) value beyond pricenegotiations. Partner with Finance and Risk Management to deliver robustforecasting, cost modeling and scenario planning aligned to broaderportfolio economics.Supplier Management & Sourcing and Contracting Build and manage strategic partnerships with dairy processors andco-manufacturers, with a focus on innovation, capacity flexibility andsupply assurance. Lead complex commercial negotiations and execute supplier contractsthat align with PepsiCos risk, compliance and value creationobjectives. Build and evolve a best-in-class supplier ecosystem across Dairy rawmaterial producers, technology partners and co-manufacturers. Establish long-term supplier relationship management (SRM)frameworks, including joint business plans, innovation partnerships novation & Portfolio Growth Enablement Collaborate with R&D, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensureDairy raw materials sourcing models are aligned with the nutrition andfunctional beverage innovation agenda. Actively support new product development cycles by engaging suppliersearly in the development process and building resilient scale-upstrategies.Sustainability & Compliance Drive the integration of PepsiCo Positive (pep+) across across Dairyraw materials sourcing, with focus areas in greenhouse gas reduction andanimal welfare. Ensure alignment with regulatory standards (e.g. FDA, USDA,anti-competition decree) and compliance with responsible pensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between$125,900 - $249,900. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% ofannual salary paid out annually.and an additional target payout of 10%of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of theperformance period.
