Champion Operations and Compliance - 80% of your time will be spent protecting the privacy and security of our customers. You will do this through the following activities:a. Protect the privacy and the security of our customersb. Process daily transactions and be alert to fraudc. Follow proper cash handling, teller differences and dual control guidelinesd. Always maintain proper cash limits including drawer, vault and total FSC limitse. Mitigate risk by adhering to FCB policies, procedures and processesf. Ask questions and seek guidance2. Grow Consumer Relationships - 5% of your time will be spent establishing and growing consumer relationships through the following activities:a. Engage in productive conversations on inbound calls and at the drive thrub. Utilize marketing campaigns to inform customers about our products and promotionsc. Ask for referrals and advocate for the Refer-A-Friend programd. Partner with your team to uncover additional needs based sales opportunities3. Deepen Consumer Relationships - 5% of your time will be spent growing relationships with your existing customer base. You will do this through the following activities:a. Conduct service related outbound calls and achieve assigned call goalb. Identify partner referrals by asking purposeful questionsc. Obtain unsecured lending certification to uncover non-real estate secured lending opportunities4.
