. Wolters Kluwer, Financial & Corporate Compliance division, CT corp., provides registered agent, incorporation, and legal entity compliance services for businesses. As a Fulfillment Associate , you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders of corporate filings are accurately processed and on time. You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and workflow processes to deliver exceptional customer service. This position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in operations by supporting the team and learning foundational skills. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment and work from our local office in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities: u2022 Accurately enter orders into the system. u2022 Perform order administration tasks. u2022 Coordinate with the Secretary of State office for order fulfillment. u2022 Communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders. u2022 Maintain operational documents and records. u2022 Complete orders in a timely manner. u2022 Ensure customer service standards are met. u2022 Respond to basic customer inquiries. u2022 Help with general administrative duties as needed. Skills: u2022 Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in using order entry software. u2022 Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in corporate document filings. u2022 Customer Service: Basic understanding of customer service principles. u2022 Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. u2022 Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members. u2022 Documentation: Ability to maintain and organize operational documents. Qualifications: u2022 High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. u2022 2+ years' experience in office administration and customer service. Experience in registered agent services, preferred. u2022 Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, CRM and databases. u2022 Good typing skills (35 wpm). u2022 Ability to work overtime as needed. u2022 Stable work history. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
