Description Launch Your Career in Medical Sales We are seeking a driven, career-focused Associate Sales Representative to support medical device and durable medical equipment (DME) sales within a defined healthcare territory. This is a hybrid sales and service role designed as a clear pathway into a Territory Sales Manager position. Key Responsibilities Sales & Territory Development u00b7 Prospect and identify new referral sources within hospitals, urgent cares, orthopedic groups, and physician offices. u00b7 Build and manage a target account list. u00b7 Conduct introductory sales calls and support advancement through the sales cycle. u00b7 Develop and maintain new referral relationships. u00b7 Support territory revenue growth initiatives. Clinical & Customer Support u00b7 Deliver orthopedic bracing and DME products to hospitals, clinics, and patient homes. u00b7 Educate patients and medical staff on proper equipment use. u00b7 Build strong relationships with nursing staff, surgical teams, and materials management. u00b7 Troubleshoot product or delivery concerns. Operations & Documentation u00b7 Maintain accurate billing and compliance documentation. u00b7 Obtain required patient and provider signatures. u00b7 Assist with inventory management and product tracking. Qualifications u00b7 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or sales experience. u00b7 Strong communication and relationship-building skills. u00b7 Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments. u00b7 Self-motivated with a desire to grow into medical sales. u00b7 Valid driveru2019s license with clean driving record. u00b7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office. u00b7 Associate or Bacheloru2019s degree preferred. u00b7 Medical device, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
