Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $24.00 to $26.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. Job Responsibilities What You?ll Do as a Supervisor: As a Starbucks Supervisor, you?ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include: + Leading shifts and delegating tasks to baristas to ensure smooth operations. + Training and coaching team members on beverage standards, customer service, and cafu00e9 procedures. + Monitoring quality and consistency of drinks and food items to meet Starbucks brand standards. + Handling guest concerns and resolving issues with professionalism and care. + Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations. + Supporting inventory management and restocking supplies. + Assisting with onboarding and performance feedback for new and existing team members. + Jumping in on cafu00e9 tasks when needed?crafting drinks, running the register, and engaging with guests.
