Supply Chain Packaging Team Supervisor - 2nd Shiftu00a0Job DescriptionOverviewThis role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise.ResponsibilitiesMonday - Friday2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm-11:00pm Provides daily work direction to frontline associatesu00a0 Uses technical systems for reporting and analyticsu00a0 Leads daily performance meetingsu00a0 Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective actionu00a0 Makes daily decisions impacting the businessu00a0 Handles all team performance and personnel issuesu00a0 Manages time and payroll systemsu00a0Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $54,700 - $82,050. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave. Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days. Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually. Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year. Bereavement Leave:u00a0In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.
