Key Responsibilities + Remove finished cardboard boxes from the back end of production machines. + Fold, stack, and organize boxes according to production requirements. + Transport completed materials throughout the warehouse as needed. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. + Follow established safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Qualifications + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely. + Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience. + At least 1 year of machine operator or machine helper experience. + Strong attendance, dependability, and work ethic. + Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. Physical Requirements + Standing for the full duration of the shift. + Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and stacking. + Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
