Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and organized data management. Responsibilities: u2022 Input and update data into various systems with a high degree of accuracy. u2022 Verify and cross-check information to ensure consistency and correctness. u2022 Manage and organize data from multiple sources, ensuring proper documentation. u2022 Support technical systems and address minor issues as they arise. u2022 Confirm and validate information related to organizations, offices, and agents in designated systems. u2022 Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data management policies. u2022 Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives. u2022 Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in data. u2022 Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project guidelines. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in data entry or a related role. u2022 Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy. u2022 Proficiency in using data management systems and software. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. u2022 Analytical mindset with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies. u2022 Familiarity with systems like Agent Book, FlexMLS, and AZ Dept. of Realtors is a plus. u2022 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. u2022 Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members.
