b>Bluegrass Specialty Surgery Center i s hiring a full-time, Receptionist for our surgical department in Lexington, Ky. As a Receptionist for Bluegrass Specialty Surgery center, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities of our facility to ensure smooth operations. As a Receptionist your job duties will also include a variety of secretarial business aspects of patient care to include greeting all patients who enter in a positive manner, answer phones in a pleasant manner and deal with physician offices and patients needs expeditiously, complete necessary information for anesthesia billing, complete front patient page of the Daily Rec and scan in prior to giving to the manager each day, maintain various logs of daily activity including cancelled appointment and add-ons, assist in maintaining office supplies and necessary forms, maintain clean and orderly waiting area and other duties as assigned.
