GDITu2019s Diplomacy, Enforcement & Space (DES) Business Area is seeking a highly experienced IT Services Leader to build strategy, provide operational excellence, and help position GDIT as a strategic partner with the Department of State Diplomatic Technology. As an IT Services Leader, you will promote GDITu2019s brand awareness and position GDIT as a strategic delivery partner. The ideal candidate has relationships with key DT decision makers in the DOS organization as well as experience successfully managing major programs. You will help the A meet emerging mission needs, provide leadership and foster a high performing team environment, help GDIT continue to grow and expand the portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES: u00b7 Interface with DT to align GDIT capabilities and strengths to meet mission needs u00b7 Develop and leverage relationships with key decision makers and influencers u00b7 Strengthen alignment of GDIT organizational capabilities to client needs u00b7 Participate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle, providing the u201cvoice of the customeru201d, including reviews and proposal and content development REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: u00b7 Ability to obtain up to a Top Secret clearance u00b7 Bacheloru2019s Degree or equivalent, 10+ years of leadership experience u00b7 Candidates must have in-depth leadership experience supporting programs at DoS Diplomatic Technology u00b7 Proven experience driving culture change and leading a dynamic mission-focused teams u00b7 Strong strategic development and implementation experience, directing large teams u00b7 Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution u00b7 Proven aptitude for teaching, coaching and mentoring u00b7 Local to the DC metro area and ability to travel to customer sites, as needed, is required DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS: u00b7 Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP) WHAT GDIT CAN OFFER YOU: u00b7 Entrepreneurial, flexible and dynamic environment with the ability to make a difference u00b7 401K with company match u00b7 Diverse, collaborative teams of highly motivated critical thinkers and innovators u00b7 Challenging work that makes a real impact on the world around you u00b7 Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career The likely hourly rate for this position is between $102.00 - $138.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employeeu2019s date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
