Job Opening: Preboarding Specialist (HR) Location: Tulsa, OK ONSITE/In Office Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $18 About the Role We’re seeking a friendly, detail-focused Preboarding Specialist to help new hires get off to a great start. In this role, you’ll guide employees through the early onboarding process, answering questions, assisting with system access, and making sure everything is ready before day one. This role will connect with candidates via phone or video chat. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working with HR systems, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Host welcome calls to walk new hires through onboarding steps Process employment verification documents and ensure compliance Help employees access HR systems and resolve login issues Explain required training and timelines Respond to questions and track requests through a case system Troubleshoot onboarding issues quickly and professionally Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Support team goals while handling daily responsibilities independently Follow HR processes and maintain accurate records Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus) 1+ year of recent customer service/support experience on the phone Strong communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with great attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools HR system experience is helpful but not required Why Join Us Be part of a team that shapes first impressions.
