DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES u2022 Provide outstanding, friendly customer service. u2022 Maintain solid communication with department/store leadership and stay up to date on the Office Communication Board u2022 Have a total understanding of Front End standard practices. u2022 Assist in training other associates when assigned and certified. u2022 Observe and follow all company policies and established procedures. u2022 Clean Cash Office per Bookkeeper Assignment. u2022 Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times and follow company personal appearance policy. u2022 Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision. u2022 Work within our company's management planning (MPP) guidelines to maintain productivity. u2022 Support and comply with all company safety standards. Communicate any needed equipment repairs or maintenance work needed. Keep work area free from debris and safety hazards. u2022 Prepare and verify all bank deposit amounts and change orders in accordance with established company policies and procedures. u2022 Clear and accurate entry of media totals and sales information in various systems u2022 Observe strict confidentiality of all company records and financial information and safeguard against unauthorized access to such information at all times. u2022 Readily detect mistakes and trace errors and omissions in an efficient and timely manner. u2022 Secure safe/register at all times when leaving it unattended.
