We’re hiring General Labourers for multiple clients across Hamilton in industries such as wastewater, recycling, food production, and construction support. These are full-time, long-term opportunities with immediate openings. What You'll Be Doing: Perform general labour duties in industrial and outdoor environments Assist with lifting, moving, and loading materials (up to 50 lbs+) Support crews with site setup, cleanup, and traffic control Work in environments such as recycling facilities, wastewater plants, and production lines Assist with manual tasks like moving equipment (e.g., manholes, materials, tools) Follow all health & safety procedures What We Are Looking For: Previous general labour, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors and in various environments Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Steel toe boots required Experience in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing Traffic control or flagging experience Forklift certification What's In It For You: Competitive pay: $18-$24/hour Weekly pay 💰 Full-time hours with overtime potential Variety of work environments (no two days the same) Opportunity for long-term placement and growth This job posting is for a current vacancy with our client.
