The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and internal equity.- Pay Range is the entire compensation range for the position.The first review of applications will be on 04/17/2026.The Pima County Legal Defender's Office is expanding our Social Workand Mitigation unit and seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker tojoin our team of professionals representing adult and juvenile clients.Our team provides client-centered, holistic defense for adults andjuveniles facing criminal charges or adults in the dependency process.Our Social Work and Mitigation team is an integral part of the defenseteam and provides expert guidance in the areas of mitigation, treatmentand community resources, rehabilitation, and sentencing alternatives forour clients. The team works in partnership with clients to offer supportand advocacy to address the underlying issues that led to a clientsinvolvement with the justice system.
