This organization is known for its strong market presence, operational excellence, and commitment to quality. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, hands-on accounting professional with the ability to manage full-cycle accounting processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closePrepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAPOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyPerform inventory accounting and cost analysis, with a strong understanding of agriculture/produce operations preferredMaintain and reconcile fixed assets and depreciation schedulesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirementsSupport external audits and coordinate with auditors as neededIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practicesCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and leadership teamsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within agriculture, food production, or manufacturingStrong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial reportingExperience with inventory and cost accounting is highly desirableProficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKey Attributes:Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracyProactive, self-starter with strong ownership mindsetStrong communication and collaboration skillsAdaptable and comfortable working in a growth-oriented companyWhy Join:Opportunity to work with a well-known and respected industry leaderCollaborative and supportive team environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageCareer growth potential within a stable and expanding organizationInterested in hearing more?
