Manage project documentation, including submittals and RFI’s, to support efficient.Organize and send product submittals, RFI’s, plans documents and drawings.Collaborate with project manager, sales department and design team to understand project scope and follow progress throughout the project duration.Track and organize construction drawings and documents.Review, track and assist with information requests.Review plan submittals, inclusive of material lists, steel erection drawings, etc.Other duties as assigned.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:Degree or at minimum two year at an accredited college preferred.Minimum of two years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.Excellent computer skills required including a proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
