This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location.We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.Crafting Excellence: Your ResponsibilitiesOperate, inspect,troubleshootand repair plant utility systems.Perform all operationsin accordance withthe specified guidelines and instructions, while exercisingsafetyfor oneself and others.Maintain all major utility equipment including Boilers, Air Compressors/Dryers, Chillers, Fans, Pumps, Wells, Cooling Towers and Fire Suppression equipment. Includes maintenance of distribution systems for Steam, Condensate, Compressed Air, Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, Water Chemistry/Purification, Potable Water, Process Wastewater, Natural Gas, Propane, and Fire Systems.Must be knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems including Air Handlers, Rooftop units, and Make-up air units including associated controls.Operate,inspectandmaintainall Fire Protection Systems including but not limited to; sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, firehose, hydrants, and other firefighting equipmentin accordance withspecified guidelines and procedures including response to fire alarms.Must be knowledgeable in the application of Lubricants, Packing/Seals, Bearings, Couplings, Gear Reducers, Measurement equipment, Fasteners, and Rigging.Mustdemonstratethe ability to interpret and understand Mechanical and Electrical prints as well as P&ID diagrams.Proficientlyutilizea wide variety of equipment and tools.Be capable of using Computerized Maintenance Management software to create work notifications,look-upand order parts, print work orders, and enter time confirmations.Maintain technical competence in advancing technology via frequent training courses, on-the-job training, and vendor schools.You’llLove Working HereHealth insurance with premiums as low as $20 per month, dental and vision insurance, and company-paid disability and life insurance starting on Day 1.401k plan with company match and voluntary benefits such as identity protection and pet insurance.Up to 10 paid holidays annually after60 daysand up to 2 weeks of paid vacation in your first year.Discounts on Kohler products.Tuitionassistancefor advanced education.Opportunities for growth and career advancement.Ready to make a bold impact?Here'sthe qualifications we are looking for:Skills/RequirementsMust be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.Mustbe at least 18 years old.Preferred QualificationsAn associate degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC Systems) Technology, IndustrialMaintenance, or Electro-Mechanical degree or must be enrolled inaccreditedprogram working towards the degree.Must hold or be able toacquirea valid Universal Refrigerant Handling Certificate within18 months.
