Job Description The Program Manager will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership to execute all aspects of the demonstrator aircraft. Inclusive is leading initiatives related to process optimization, cost reduction, and quality control execution commitments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing aircraft builds, a proven track record of successful leadership, and a deep understanding and experience with leading a demonstrator aircraft build. This is a highly visible role that requires excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, which will include the following responsibilities: u2003u00b7 You will be responsible for all aspects of the demonstrator build and program execution to include having responsibility for the cost, schedule, and technical performance. u2003u00b7 Responsibilities may also include contract negotiations, change management, preparing proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, specifications, and financial terms/conditions for this contract. u2003u00b7 You will act as the primary internal contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with the customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. u2003u00b7 You will also interface with the customer on a regular basis. Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. You will direct the work of employees assigned to the program in the areas of technical, manufacturing, and administrative across a multitude of disciplines. Strong experience with the Aircraft build process u2022u2003u00b7 Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams u2003u00b7 5 or more years of leadership experience in a prototype team environment u2003u00b7 Program management experience in a defense or production industry - Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Structural Engineering, Global Supply Chain, or Project Management u2003u00b7 Financial experience in EVMS or similar cost and schedule management systems u2003u00b7 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
