As an IT Support Administrator, you will be part of the ProIT department supporting the Solutions Helpdesk team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: IT Support Administrator Location: Chico, California Salary Range: $37,440 - $49,920 What's the Job? + Assist with Multi-Function Printer (MFP) install tickets and daily phone coverage for East/Central region. + Support the Helpdesk Manager with daily departmental demands and administrative tasks. + Organize and update internal documentation, including processes and procedures. + Serve as a liaison with other departments to gather documentation and data for team support. + Perform data entry, audits on special projects, and support metrics reporting. What's Needed? + High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or Bachelors preferred. + 1-3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role. + A valid driver's license with a good driving record. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint/Office365. + Experience with eAutomate, report building, and support metrics is a plus.
