As a IT Support Specialist ll, you will be part of the ProIT department supporting Solutions Helpdesk. Job Title: IT Support Specialist ll Location: Chico, California Salary Range: $54000 - $56160 What's the Job? + Implement and support MFP software applications. + Support and understand Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, SharePoint, Office365, Group Policy. + Provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security. + Execute print driver setup and best practices. + Oversee remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, or Citrix. What's Needed? + High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree / Bachelors Degree preferred. + 2-4 Years in the IT field or work-related experience. + A valid driver's license and good driving record is a must. + Very strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. + Excellent customer service skills is a must for this position.
