Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Direction u00b7 Shape and influence the vision and roadmap for our AI-first mobile applications, aligning with company OKRs and driving measurable engagement and retention outcomes. u00b7 Define and drive mobile-specific OKRs across activation, session frequency, feature adoption, and long-term retention. u00b7 Identify opportunities to deepen daily clinical usage and expand mobileu2019s role in provider workflows. u00b7 Balance innovation with reliability, performance, and regulatory requirements. Clinical Discovery & Workflow Insight u00b7 Engage directly with clinicians and customers to understand mobile usage in real-world clinical environments (hospital, outpatient, urgent care). u00b7 Translate workflow insights into actionable product direction and clear requirements. u00b7 Identify friction points in point-of-care decision-making that mobile can uniquely solve. u00b7 Partner with health systems and EHR vendors to understand mobile integration pathways. Mobile Product Execution & Engagement u00b7 Lead end-to-end feature development across iOS and Android, from concept through launch and iteration. u00b7 Partner with engineering and design to deliver performant, intuitive, consumer-grade mobile experiences. u00b7 Drive onboarding, feature discovery, and habit-building mechanisms that increase stickiness. u00b7 Leverage experimentation (A/B testing), product analytics, and behavioral insights to optimize engagement. u00b7 Improve app store ratings, performance metrics, and user feedback loops. AI-Enabled & Intelligent Experiences u00b7 Partner with clinical and AI engineering teams to bring impactful AI experiences to our mobile apps while ensuring responsible, explainable use of AI. u00b7 Define evaluation, safety, and monitoring needs for AI-enabled mobile features. Cross-Functional Leadership & GTM Support u00b7 Align engineering, design, clinical, analytics, marketing, and commercial stakeholders around clear priorities. u00b7 Build strong feedback loops between customers, customer success, and product. u00b7 Support go-to-market efforts with positioning, messaging, and launch planning for new mobile capabilities. u00b7 Communicate roadmap progress and performance insights to senior leadership. Qualifications Required u00b7 7-10 years of product management experience with significant ownership of mobile applications (iOS and/or Android). u00b7 Proven success improving engagement, retention, and feature adoption in high-usage apps. u00b7 Experience leading products in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments. u00b7 Strong background in user discovery, product analytics, and hypothesis-driven development. u00b7 Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality mobile experiences. u00b7 Excellent communication skills with clinicians, executives, and technical teams. u00b7 Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
