Adecco is hiring for a Fleet & Facilities Coordinator i n Portland, Maine. This is a contract-to-hire position. The role is primarily onsite with occasional travel to locations such as Bangor, ME; Brunswick, ME; Exeter, NH; and Hampton, NH. Pay: $35u2013$42.75 per hour based on experience Position Purpose: The Fleet & Facilities Coordinator will plan, organize, schedule, coordinate, and direct internal and contracted resources for day-to-day fleet and facilities activities. This role ensures the efficient maintenance of fleet and facilities assets, supports capital projects, provides accurate reporting, and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Fleet + Develop and oversee preventative maintenance schedules for fleet assets + Coordinate maintenance and service work with supervisors and vendors + Maintain relationships with a network of fleet vendors + Transport vehicles to service locations as needed + Manage fleet registrations, inspections, and DOT/Federal reporting + Facilitate acquisition and disposition of fleet assets + Manage ancillary fleet programs (fuel cards, EZPass, telematics, etc.) + Use fleet software systems to track and report maintenance and mileage + Review and approve fleet invoices and insurance documentation Facilities + Develop and oversee preventative maintenance schedules for facilities + Coordinate service work for HVAC, MEP, security, grounds, etc. + Maintain relationships with facilities vendors + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local building codes + Oversee facilities capital improvement projects + Track work, inspections, and service requests using a Facilities Work Order System + Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds, addressing issues promptly + Manage CNG inspections and coordinate third-party services + Test and maintain security surveillance systems + Review and approve facilities invoices within budget guidelines Qualifications: + Associate degree or 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent progressive experience + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong PC skills and experience with software systems + Valid driveru2019s license and ability to travel as required Please respond to this posting with an updated resume and a Team Member will be in touch Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.75 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
