Key Responsibilities + Manage Windows or Linux server environments, including system builds, patching, performance tuning, and backup operations. + Troubleshoot endu2011tou2011end issues involving operating systems, network connectivity, and application dependencies using logs and monitoring tools. + Maintain virtualization platforms, including virtual machine provisioning, resource allocation, and template management. + Use scripting or automation tools to streamline routine administration tasks and configuration changes. + Implement and monitor security controls such as hardening baselines, access controls, and audit logging. + Act as an escalation point for complex incidents and participate in upgrades, new deployments, and automation initiatives.
