The Fair Employmentu00a0Specialistu00a0reports to theu00a0Vice President, Fair Employment Practices & Policies, but also supports the Vice President, Fair Employment Training and the Vice President,u00a0Positive Employee Relations.u00a0 Responsibilities:u00a0 + Assign complaints that come in via the helpline/web portalu00a0u00a0u00a0 + Monitor internal investigations to ensure proper follow-up and case closureu00a0u00a0 + Audit internal investigations, includingu00a0to ensureu00a0proper issue classificationu00a0 + Analyze investigationsu00a0data, training data, and roundtable datau00a0toidentifytrendsin each category and across the categoriesu00a0u00a0 + Assist with metrics reporting on internal investigations, including NBCUniversal reporting and Comcast reportingu00a0u00a0 + Create,u00a0administer, and manage employee surveysu00a0andu00a0responses and analyzeu00a0feedbacku00a0 + Collect,u00a0organize, and interpret qualitativeu00a0and quantitativeu00a0feedback from multiple channelsu00a0to extract key insightsu00a0u00a0 + Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned Basic Requirements: + 3+ years related working experience in a professional role requiring strong analytical and organizational skills, preferably in Employee Relations, Employment Law,u00a0or Human Resourcesu00a0u00a0 + Bacheloru2019s degreeu00a0u00a0 Desired Characteristics:u00a0 + Ability to analyze statistical data and identify trendsu00a0 + Proven ability to handle confidential informationu00a0 + Sound business judgment, and flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters, including appropriately prioritizing among themu00a0 + Excellent and accurate oral and written communication skills; proven problem-solving skillsu00a0 + Ability to work independently and across all levels of company personnelu00a0u00a0 + Experience in working with multiple clients across departments and geographiesu00a0u00a0 + Able to work in a team-oriented environment; willing to assist others as neededu00a0 + Solid attention to detail, highly organizedu00a0 + Proficiency with web-based databases and Microsoft Office suiteu00a0 This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the New York, NY office a minimum of four days per week.
