Candidates must have current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States._ Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with programu2011level delivery experience to support a Communications Agile Release Train (ART) within a large insurance transformation. This role focuses on agile execution, crossu2011team dependency management, and coordination with internal platform teams and external vendors in a cou2011sourced delivery model . Key Responsibilities + Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standu2011ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams within the Communications ART. + Support PI Planning , iteration execution, and ARTu2011level ceremonies in alignment with SAFe Agile practices . + Identify, track, and proactively manage dependencies across teams, ARTs, shared services, and thirdu2011party vendors. + Coordinate delivery timelines with internal platform/integration teams and external partners. + Remove impediments, manage risks, and drive predictable sprint and PI delivery. + Maintain and communicate programu2011level status, risks, and dependency dashboards. + Partner closely with RTEs, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Leads. Required Skills & Experience u2022 8+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years in a Scrum Master role. u2022 Hands-on experience working in SAFe / Agile Release Train (ART) environments. u2022 Proven experience supporting PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies. u2022 Strong experience managing cross-team, cross-ART, and third-party dependencies. u2022 Experience working in co-sourced delivery models with onshore/offshore teams. u2022 Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. u2022 Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Experience supporting Communications, Digital, or MarTech Agile Release Trains. u2022 Exposure to customer communications platforms (OpenText Exstream, xPression, Quadient, Adobe). u2022 Experience within the insurance or financial services domain. u2022 SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), and/or PMP certification. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,000 - $118,000/ yearly. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
