JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Warehouse Associate 5790 Midwest Dr,Grand Chute, WI 54914 WIAPP Public Store Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WEDTHU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm Up to 28 hours/week OVERVIEW: Embark on yourjourney as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heartof our operations. You'll not only handle the ebb and flow of productsas they enter and leave the facility, but you'll dive into the world ofinventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. Thisposition is for our branch located at 5790 Midwest Dr, Grand Chute, WI54914. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period ofonboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are notlimited to: o Managing and maintaining branch inventory o Receiving,picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory o Makinglocal deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary o Maintaining aclean and safe work environment o Performing other duties as needed toensure branch success REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The duties andresponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o 18years of age or older, due to the nature of work o Possess a currentfull valid driver's license issued in the country where the job islocated (including successful completion of any applicable graduatedlicense program for your state or province) as well as the ability tomeet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as neededo Proficient written and oral communication skills o Proficient computerskills o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment oDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities oHighly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented oDemonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency o Workindependently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate our corevalues of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Lift, slide,carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weighup to 75lbs o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US,Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Previousexperience receiving, shipping, sorting or managing inventory TRAINING &DEVELOPMENT: Our mission within Fastenal's School of Business is tocollaboratively maximize the potential of each employee by consistentlyproviding efficient, effective, and engaging learning opportunities todrive improved work performance.
